I dont want to rush the capital though, as I want to explore the whole map and collect all items before going further into the campaign. I just cant tech as fast as the npc, let alone growing an economy to support 3 high tier units myself. I captured around 5 to 6 towns, but at that time the npc comes with succubi and shadowstalkers again, and the more towns I conquer the smaller gets my own army.Īll the water and mountains prevent me from resupplying the armys of my heroes. The second time I just got the orc town again, got the first elven town and rushed everything else as fast as I could. Also massive amounts of shadow stalkers, which I had no chance against. So before the first contact with the npc I had 6 mased out orc towns, but the npc had 3 stacks defense troops on EVERY town she had. The first time I got the orc town in the west, founded a few others and maxed them out. It is a map where you best win by being systamatic.I've been playing the elven campaign and cant beat this level.
Once you got all heroes with tier 2 or tier 3 units scourge the land of enemy troops and claim there cities. Get all four goblin towns via there respective quests.įortify your borderds actively hunt down any non friendly in the area. Same thing with the third (Goblin Theocrat) Malaficus, Nah, it's the Goblin Theocraft map, I think you have the wrong mission in mind.
Kind of strange that it's too hard if you just play it blind. I did win this way BUT I had to know the map for this, and know where to go. On the second map of the Elven Campaign (Reskar Desert map) the only way I won that (without getting 6 Tier IV Manticores in my face Round 65) was by rushing pre-turn 10 towards the 2 Elven towns, and then I rushed straight for the Throne of the Red Orc player.
